1. Service provider

2. Who may use it

The site is addressed to businesses: retailers, wholesalers, online sellers, veterinary and grooming businesses, and brand owners. By sending a form you confirm you act on behalf of a registered business and that you buy for resale or professional use, not as a consumer.

3. Services available here

• Presentation of the brands and services in our portfolio — information only, not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
• The trade account application form.
• The contact form and the meeting booking link.
• Editorial articles in the Insights section.

4. Trade accounts

• An application is an invitation to trade, not a concluded contract. We verify the company data, tax numbers and sales channels before approving an account.
• We may refuse an account without giving a reason, in particular where the data cannot be verified or the channel conflicts with a brand's distribution policy.
• Trade prices, minimum order values, payment terms and delivery terms are set individually and confirmed in writing after approval.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the data you submit.

5. Technical requirements

A device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail address. It is prohibited to supply unlawful content or to interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Intellectual property

The layout, texts, photographs and graphics on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Minimal Brands or its partners. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires our written consent.

7. Liability

We keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but product availability, packaging and specifications may change. Commercial terms are binding only once confirmed in writing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the free informational use of the site is limited to damage caused intentionally.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of this website can be sent to b2b@minimalbrands.co. Please include the company name and a description of the issue. We respond within 14 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from B2B cooperation are settled by the court with jurisdiction over the service provider's registered office, unless a separate trade agreement says otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, technical or organisational reasons. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
